Spain
Who issues weather warnings in Spain, and what this section can and cannot show you for ES.
Current status
Not mirrored live. This page links to the issuing agency, whose own warnings are the current ones.
This section does not fetch live warnings for Spain. For current warnings, follow the issuing agency below. Absence of data here is not an absence of warnings.
No timestamp — this block has never been validated.
Issuing agencies
Agencia Estatal de Meteorología
This section does not mirror Spain's warning feed. We have not yet checked the issuer's reuse terms, so we show an editorial summary and link to the official warnings instead. That is our choice, not a statement about the issuer's licence. See methodology.
Warning levels in Spain
The issuer's own labels, with its description summarised in English. No fixed mapping. A national colour or rating does not imply a CAP severity. Each warning carries the CAP value its issuer assigned, and this section copies that value per warning instead of inferring it from the colour.
| Level | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Nivel amarillo | Low danger, with possible impacts to vulnerable people/property or exposed locations. | Keep checking forecasts and account for your exposure. |
| Nivel naranja | Significant danger; serious impacts are possible, especially where exposure or vulnerability is high. | Prepare, take precautions, and follow forecast updates. |
| Nivel rojo | Extraordinary danger; very serious or catastrophic impacts are possible. | Take preventive action, follow authorities, and avoid unnecessary travel. |
Only the levels whose guidance this section has checked against the issuer's own page are listed. The issuer's scale may have others, and its page is the complete reference.
